BMW Z4 3.0i SE Convertable

Negative points - I recently took the car out to enjoy the sunshine and the roof did not function. There are no lights showing when the button is pressed. Car is for sale in this condition and I have reduced the price accordingly. I don't have the time or space to attempt this repair, however, there are many online sites offering guides and advice for repair/replacement of the motor if this is the problem. Two of the parking sensors are starting to play up (tested by my local specialist). There are a few paint scuffs around the car, in keeping with its near 10 year age.
2005 (registered Feb 2005), 3.0 litre, straight six engine, 230bhp, 6 speed manual gearbox, 73,100 miles, MOT 4th Sept 2014, Tax 28th Feb 2015, full service history (dealer and specialist), serviced annually regardless of on-board computer, lots of receipts.
Recently completed oil service on 30/04/2014. 15,000 miles (based on on-board computer) to next service, which will be Inspection 1.
Heated seats, climate control (A/C), dynamic traction control, electric seats with drivers memory seat, rear parking sensors, alarm and immobiliser, locking wheel nuts, auto lights, auto wipers.
Sport button – increases steering sensitivity and throttle response.
All spare keys. Leather service book wallet, Ipod connector in glove box, CD player head unit, factory fitted sub-woofer behind driver’s seat.
Pirelli tyres front, Goodyear Eagle F1 tyres rear. Both sets in excellent condition – lots of tread remaining.
Electric windows, mirrors and folding roof. I clean the roof drains regularly to avoid blockage and damage to the roof motor. Roof in excellent condition – no leaks, and regularly cleaned with specialist roof cleaner.
For info, I have been advised that the rear springs have been replaced during a previous ownership.

Owned for two and a half years, with no corners cut on servicing. Used as daily commuter, and for weekend fun. Excellent car, fun to drive, silky smooth straight six engine, with a reasonable efficiency of 35mpg on my motorway commute.
A great car for the summer.
