IT COMES WITH A TRANSFERABLE REGISTRATION(see picture).Vin is also in pictures.Dash is uncut.Interior is good.Has some rust.Nothing bad.We used a 3 Gallon moon tank direct to fuel pump (tank not included).Jumped it started right up.NO SMOKE NO LEAKS.CLUTCH IS GOOD.
