Description

For sale is my 1973 Buick Riviera VIN 4Y87U3H521445. I purchased this car from the second owners October 2016 with 54,402 miles on the odometer. The 2nd owner purchased it 18 April 1977 at Northeastern Motors in Elizabeth City, NC. The owner passed in January 2006 and the car was flat bed towed to Virginia Beach were it was stored in a garage till I purchased it. It has been stored in doors since it's purchase in April 1977. From the records I have it had 10,294 miles in August 1983, 27,923 in May 1986, 38,158 February 1988, 52,306 in December 1999. The Virginia title says not actual mileage. I'm told this was put on when the car was bough to Virginia from North Carolinas. I tried to have it changed when I purchased it with no success. This is an actual 54,000-mile car. It has no rust. It was resprayed in 1999. I installed a new battery, an HEI distributor, new plugs and wires, flushed the fuel tank, installed a new sending unit, flushed the fuel lines, replace the rubber lines and fuel filter, had the carburetor rebuilt, flushed and filled the cooling system, flushed the brake fluid, new master cylinder, brake booster as well as pads, shoes and rear brake cylinders, front and rear shocks, exhaust manifold gaskets, flushed and filled rear axle. The interior is perfect in every way shape and form. There are no cracks in the dash pad and the seats look as if they are new. The radio, clock, and A/C do not work. The heater core leaked. I have a new one, but have not installed it. The car has factory A/C but it is not working. I have an evaporator, compressor, brackets and hoses but they are not installed. It has one scratch on the driver’s side rear fender extension. My plan was to keep this car as a weekend toy for car shows but am forced to sell it to pay medical expenses.
