Description
This is a beautifully restored 1953 Buick Riviera Coupe. The car is matching numbers right down to the very rare Nailhead V-8. The car has gone through a restoration over a period of years and is now ready for a new owner to drive and enjoy.
The body was masterfully straightened and repainted in a beautiful pastel green. The color compliments the accent chrome that stretches from the front fender down the side of the body and swoops onto the rear quarter. The pastel color is complimented itself in the two-tone effect of the metallic dark green on the hard top which is separated by more chrome tracing out the the window openings. The body is complimented again by the chrome hubcaps and whitewall tires that put the fine point on that this car is a classic.
The fine detail work extends into the interior with they newly upholstered door panels, seats carpets and headliner. The paint motif is carried into the upholstery having two tone light and dark green in a tasteful and elegant fashion. The gauges, the chrome and even the radio are all correct and functional.
The engine compartment has been restored in the same fashion as the rest of the car. It has been outfitted with the correct style battery. The engine has been rebuilt during restoration as well as the transmission. With 89,259 original miles on the clock and a recent restoration you can expect this car to run strong for years to come.
