Description
Up for sale is my 1998 Cadillac Deville which has served me well since 2002/03, and still runs good. Just passed NYS inspection January 2019.
Great local commuter car for errands or train station, or restoration project.Here is the long and short of it.
Everything works except power lock and power seat on passenger side. It maybe something as simple as a switch. Service engine soon light always comes on 60 miles after service because of a sensor deep within the drive train that needs to be replaced, not necessary car runs great. Cost I'm told to replace unnecessary sensor is over $2000.00.
Car runs a little hot and requires coolant and quart of 10W30 oil every so often if car is driven over 75mph. Due to the age of the engine head gasket needs to be replaced, again at a cost of over $2500.00, but not necessary, If car is driven daily under 55mph as a commuter, it should last for years to come with regular maintenance.
Interior is in good shape, tires and brakes are good and they have less than 10k miles on them.
Car is being sold as is.
