Right Hand Drive!
I've owned this cool cruising Cadillac "Marilyn" for about 13 years and have used it at times as my daily driver. It has been a reliable cruiser that I've taken on interstate road trips and has been a more enjoyable flight than any A380 will provide!
Sadly a few years ago the engine just stopped whilst enjoying a day trip to Sorrento. Last June I flew to California to buy a complete and excellent running 472ci replacement engine from "The Cadillac King" I packed the engine on a pallet and shipped it back to Melbourne where I spent over $1,200 to have the engines replaced. I also fitted a brand new radiator at the same time at $750. The newer engine has an electronic distributor and jumps into life and runs great as doe's the automatic transmission. I had the roof replaced and a dual exhaust system installed. The Kumho radial white wall tyres have 80% tread left.
Marilyn needs some TLC to the interior and paintwork now to make her a star again. There isn't any rust in the floors at all! The panelwork is very straight.
This car is Right Hand Drive with previous Victorian registration history so it is a safe car to drive unlike a left hand drive version of a car this size. The turning circle is brilliant and better than an XF Falcon station wagon! This is an easy American car to drive, your wife, girl friend or both will love driving this Cadillac! So buy it! Kick back with a bunch of friends and enjoy cool Caddy cruising!
