Description
This hearse has seen 23 years of service all along the East coast; It started in the Northern region of New York State, made its way to Kentucky, and finally landed down here in Georgia. The exterior has the expected wear that comes with driving in the colder climate up north, but the interior has stayed relatively mint. Electric locks do not work. The tape player works, but the radio does not (possibly an issue with the antenna). Air conditioning also does not work. Windows, electric seat and mirror controls work.
We have gone as far as we are currently able to make the coach road worthy. We no longer have the resources or man-power to put into the hearse. It cranks, runs and drives under its own power, but still has some kinks to work out.
Here is a rough list of work done:
-Standard oil change/fluid flush-Replaced all tires-Replaced brake lines and fuel lines-Repaired exhaust guard-Bypassed faulty air-ride system and implemented a manual system-Replaced pressure hose (from radiator to transmission)-General maintenance/tinkering
All that being said, the hearse still needs some love before it's ready for daily driving. I would consider this a running "project car". We do not recommend trying to drive it home. Assistance with loading the hearse can be arranged, and delivery is a possibility- within reason, of course.
This is a completely honest and true auction with no reserve or "buy-it-now". We have the title, and can provide a bill of sale if requested. If you want more pictures or have any questions, please feel free to ask.
Thank you for viewing. :)
