2008 Cadillac DTS

Hello again, this is J. I present to you another vehicle, as I downsize my collection, a 2008 Cadillac DTS.
I purchased this vehicle in October of 2016, with 98,000 miles, almost a year ago, in Checotah Oklahoma, from the 2 owner, who's wife passed away. I am the 3rd owner. I drove vehicle 116 miles, back to Oklahoma City, no problems, used as daily driver since, current mileage, 103,000, (vehicle is still in use so mileage will change a bit, but not greatly).
Previous owner purchased vehicle from Lake Country-Chevrolet/Cadillac, in Muskogee Oklahoma, always dealer serviced, with detailed service entries from previous owner, and since purchased by myself, serviced at Bob Moore Cadillac, of Oklahoma City, with all service records included.
Vehicle, always garaged, is in exceptional condition, both interior, and exterior, no body damage, no wrecks, no rust, has a few common blemishes, with touch up, but not easily noticeable, unless pointed out, solid drive train, all equipment/features in working order, good tire tread life left.
Vehicle is fully equipped with;
Remote Start -
Remote/Keyless Entry, (2 Remotes)

Heated steering wheel -
OnStar/Satellite capability -
Navigation System (also plays -regular DVD's, but only plays DVD's when vehicle's in park mode)

Front/Rear bumper sensors -
(These, just to name a few)
Services performed;
Recent Oil change, fluids checked
(When I purchased owner stated battery was 2 yrs old, replaced 2014)
New Water Pump -
Replaced Driver Headlight -
Replaced left front wheel hub assembly -
Rear Rotors replaced -(brakes are good)
Front Rotors turned -(brakes are good)
Things needed;
Needing Power Steering hose - slight leak, but holds fluid well, no major puddles- this is the only leak-
One of the rear Tire sensors is out, needs replacing, indicator stays illuminated in dash.
Driver Side view mirror-seal lose, but has temporary seal/in place (inserted supper glue, in the seem, and has been fine, arrow-signal indicator and remote-mirror adjust still works perfectly.
The routine 100k complete recommended service-

Spark plugs -
(Although no issues found)
(These are recommended 100 miles services)
This vehicle has it's normal wear, for the average vehicle in use, but for it's age, under ten years old, and under the mileage for it's year, it has been cared for exceptionally well, shows in exceptional shape, for a nearly 10 year period.
I have disclosed every, possible thing I can, and that I am aware of, to date, anything not mentioned is not intentional, and/or mere oversight, or unbeknownst to me.
The new owner will enjoy, and appreciate this 2008 Cadillac DTS as much as I have, for many years to come.
