Description

1970 Cadillac Eldorado Fleetwood. New Mexico Desert car. I still have the original title from the dealer in Alomogordo NM from 1971 when the dealer lien was released. 75 MPH all day on the freeway can be a daily driver. I love this car and would keep it but I want to fund a ‘66 vert project that I have. This Eldorado has a Beautiful interior. New carpet. 500ci engine runs nice. New dual exhaust, 12” glass packs, with nice chrome tips. New carb. New cv axels. New brake pads up front. Probably could use rear shoes. HEI Distributor. Paint is an older repaint that has chips and wear and checks, but cleans up nicely. Chrome is nice for dialy driving. Nice interior. All windows and lights work. Sentinel works. Floor pans and trunk pans super solid. Needs windshield. Climate contro not working but I have a replacement control unit and I know for a fact that the blower works as well as the vac switch. Dash is cracked but had dash cover that looks good. Has small rust spot on driver side rear quarter caused by trunk seal leaking from what I can tell. This car is super solid and rust free otherwise. Basically stock besides static drop which is easily returned by adjusting torsion springs up front and re-installing rear leaf helper springs. Car has Port-o-wall aka “Flappers” white wall tires. One is in bad shape however I have a replacement for it. The others are still decent and look good. This is a great rolling canvass to work on as you drive it to take it to the next level.
