Description
This is not a mechanics special! Great door panels, no cracks and the door material is not pulled away from the panel like so many are. The wood grain plastic is not cracked either. Nice tight door handles. Especially on the doors and the back wood grain look of the panels is still nice and full of the wood grain look. Not discolored from the sun. Look carefully. They are really nice all the way around. NO cracks in the dash and the vents are nice and bright . NO dull chrome with paint thinning of the chrome color. Still very crisp and full. Even the painted silver of the trim around the dash is still nice and full. The carpet is bright black and not faded. The leather seats are amazingly good. one area on the drivers seat needs a repair but easy to put a small patch in because of the stitching section. Very small and not part of the bigger part of the seat. The rear top near the boot cover has separation in the stitching but would be easy to fix with out replacement leather. Again this whole interior is great and needs no restore except some small work on the leather seats as described. Mechanically it is excellent. Runs and drives great with no issues. New brakes and tires just put on. The car recently drove 300 miles with no issues, everything works. It has a very cheap paint job put on it years ago. It is a Prior salvage car due to some rear end damage incurred long ago. It is not current salvage. Come with clear Iowa title. All parts on the car are original except maybe the rear bumper. The trunk had some damage it looks like in the past and a rear quarter panel next to it. No damage to the area under the trunk. Nice and proper. It looks like just the rear quarter and trunk. The doors all shut nice and tight and the hood as well as the trunk. Tight door bushings. Not saggy doors so to speak. The front and rear spacers between the bumpers have been replaced with fiberglass replacements. A very poor job putting them on. They will need to be put on properly by the new owner but they will work fine when installed properly for a better look. I took a picture with and without the bottom chrome trim piece behind the door on the driver side rocker . It looks like some rust was repaired in that area. I took a close up with the door open. I have taken all kinds of close ups to exactly what I describe. It looks like this car was originally an orange color. I see some evidence of that under the hood. Every thing on the interior of this car is original to this car. This is not going to be very hard to straighten up and paint. Really good bones on this car and NO need to chase down parts. Everything is there. The top has 2 tears in it and needs to be replaced. It is good enough to have up and keep out weather during shipping for sure . The motor for the top works but very weak and the top is hard to get up but that work can be done during the top replacement to make work easier. Feel free to call 908-907-2788. Buyer is responsible for shipping. Seller happy to assist.
