1996 Cadillac Fleetwood

Check out this 1996 Big Body Cadillac Fleetwood 6 door Funeral limousine with only 66,400 original California miles . At over a cost of $60,000 new and the last of the rear wheel drive Cadillac's these are becoming harder to find.. This black top Cadillac over black glossy body and blue Prestwick cloth interior has never been used for parties or personal use.. Its strictly a family car on funerals. With that being said, it has worked over 20 years and now retires from service Over all the interior is in great shape with solid seating areas, nice door panels and headliner.
With its 6 way power front 60/40 seats with recliners, tilt wheel, cruise control, auto climate control for the a/c and heaters in the front & rear and auto head lamps with easy to read digital instrument cluster just makes this an effortless sleek beast to maneuver onto the los Angeles highways or the mountains of Hollywood.
Of course its powered by the second generation Corvette 350 CID LT-1 multiport fuel injection V-8 with 260 HP thats hard to ignore..It amazing how easily you can smoke the back tires and this will pull you to your destination with ease.
hard to believe, this 24 foot long Cadillac gets 20 mpg on the highways.. Simple, low maintenance and bullet proof design and highly reliable drive-train is like no other since its creation.. A must drive to believe!
As far as the body, this is Cadillac's last year for Fleetwood.. Real chrome bumpers front & rear, Chrome lower rocker panels all around and impact strips to keep this car looking its best. Glass headlamps that never fade with time & just as bright as new with a true feel of a luxury car when you slid into the rear seat or, enjoy the control of the leather wrapped steering wheel, its like no other.. Comes with nice dash pad and the Air conditioning compressor had been recently replaced and blows cold!
All seats face forward at all times. The center seat is powered to move forward or backwards only by a few inches. All windows, door locks, power trunk release and radio operate as they should.
This car is in no way perfect as any 20 plus years car.. It does have the typical bumps, chips on the plastic impact strips on the doors could use some attention and the rear springs are a bit soft and bounce pretty good over big bumps.. It is currently on a California PNO STATIS (planed non operation) with no CA back fees acquired or to effect any non California buyers.
Over all, its a great car for a large family with a low budget and those who want to go out on wine tours with 8 of their friends and dont want to be seen stumbling out of an tacky "mini van" and instead gracefully tumble out of a classic black limousine..
