Description
1958 Cadillac Series 62 Coupe parts car
Southern California barn find
This '58 coupe was purchased in the late 1980s as a parts car and has remained on standby ever since, collecting dust in a barn in Ramona, Calif. It was owned by a friend who passed away and left the car to me. He purchased the car to supply his pink '58 coupe, which is listed separately on eBay. Body is straight. Lots of surface rust, however, and a few cancerous spots as well as can be seen in the photos. Car was originally painted in Cheviot Gray and has a Lt. Gray Venetian Cloth & Lt. Gray Victoria Cloth interior, which has significantly deteriorated. Optioned with power windows, power vent windows, and 6-way power front seats. Car does not run and engine has not been turned over or touched. Air cleaner is in the trunk. Will provide title if buyer plans to restore the car, which is possible as the car is mostly intact. Have trunk key only--ignition key has been lost. Will be available for pickup in early August in Ramona, Calif. after the vehicle has been carefully removed from the barn. Email with any questions and I will do my best to answer in a timely manner. I am not on site, however, and getting certain info. may be delayed. I will do my best to provide potential buyers with information so they can make an informed choice.
Sold as-is. Buyer assumes all shipping costs. Car will be moved from the barn to a private lot in Ramona for pickup. From there the car will need to be trailered/transported to its new home.
