1955 Chevrolet Sedan

For sale is my 55 Chev 4 door sedan. Engine is a 350 V8 stroked with a 400 chev crank (383), large valve heads, Barry Grant Demon carburetor and Yella Terra supercharger running 5psi boost. I have owned the vehicle for the past 15 years, the engine/induction combination has been a very reliable combination for the past 10 years. It has a 4 speed toploader gearbox with sequential shifter and 9 inch diff.
The body has no rust and is in excelent condition for its age, the paint has a few blemishes, the interior a couple of small marks, the engine has a rocker cover gasket leak.
Selling without rego or roadworthy certificate. Has been registered for the past 3 years on club plates, car is not currently registered with a club as my club membership has run out so don't ask for a test drive. Registration is paid until November 2015. I'm not interested in swapping, i can't find time to drive this car.
The body is an Australian body, so no conversion has ever been done. It runs an original front clip and original steering box, disc brakes on front and drums at rear. Yokohama 352 tyres all round 245/60/15 on rear and 225/60/15 on front. Rear wheel arches have not been tubbed, top hasn’t been chopped.
