1955 Chevrolet 3800

1955 Chevrolet 3800 Panel Truck. This has been my daily driver work truck for the last 16 years. 28,480 miles on rebuilt 235cui 6 cylinder engine rebuilt by Midway Motors in Salinas, CA . Rebuilt speedometer at time of engine rebuild, runs and drives well, stops in a straight line, 4 on the floor trans with "Granny Gear", 5 Good"Power King" tires, recent battery, recent alternator, wipers work, oil gauge works, aftermarket temp gauge, Pertronix ignition, lights work. Some receipts available.
PLEASE LOOK AT PICTURES. Evidence of rust around windshield, roof gutter rail, bottom body of truck in usual areas. There is some Bondo on this truck, the driver side floor was moth holed and skimmed with fiberglass. There is a rust hole in driver side kick panel. The windshield rubber needs replacing, gas gauge is not working, amp meter is not working, flasher unit needs replacing, there is play in steering box but it does not effect driving. There was a vent hole in roof that was patched before I purchased the truck, there was a small window on the passenger side of truck which was professionally welded after I purchased it. Self adhesive lettering on truck with patina.
