Description

2009 Chevrolet Avalanche LTZ, 2WD. 2nd owner since 30k miles and 2011. Currently <190,200 miles. Black on black with leather, sunroof, Bose CD player/rear DVD and most all other options including remote start, heated/cooled seats, sunroof; not sure of any options missing but 4WD. Have most if not all service records since 2011, about an inch and a half thick stack worth (see pics). To my knowledge, and under my ownership, the truck has never been wrecked nor had any panels replaced, nor has any paint other than factory applied.
Fully dealer serviced with all manufacturer services up to date. Just had dealer do PPI-type and recommended service that included oil change and check/top all fluids, install new wipers and do alignment/rotate/balance, airbag recall and three new TPMS sensors in July. Just had the AC recharged too and there were no leaks found and system pressure was held as normal. Also had state inspection done for new registration. Always had full synthetic oil changed under my ownership at every 5k miles or before, and also had the extra nonsense dealer suggested services like throttle body and fuel system pressure cleaning done just to make sure it was always tip top. Just had full detail completed as well using black trim restorer. I asked dealer (been using the same one for over 9 years) to go over it thoroughly for a new owner, so I have no problem with the bidder getting a PPI if they arrange and pay for it, but I tried to do the work for you.
The truck is in very good shape, but it is 12 years old with 190k miles so its not a new truck, but I really took care of this truck and it shows. I maintain my vehicles with an open checkbook, meaning if there is something that is needed to make sure it is operating in optimal condition, I had it done. On the exterior, there is a paint chip on the passenger door as shown in pic and there is a dent in rear bumper near license plate, as well as other fairly minor rock chips even though I have a hood bug shield. Other typical minor dents are present, but none are overt. Again, due to the trucks age and mileage, the paint is not perfect, but overall it's in good shape. Also, the rubber mat for the back bed is gone; it tore over time until I discarded it. It's just a typical truck bed now.
I somehow managed to get a hole in the passenger seat that is shown in the photos. It looks like a burn hole, but I do not smoke and the truck has never been smoked in. I think when I was moving my office recently, I may have had some items in the seat that leaned against the heated seat button and would not allow it to cycle off and burned it that way, but that's only a guess. Again, I do not smoke and the truck was NEVER smoked in and, therefore, DOES NOT smell like smoke in any way. There is also a small tear on the side of the driver seat above the power seat buttons. All power accessories work as they should.
I drove a n umber of other Avalanches before I bought this one in 2011 because I couldn't stand the mid-gate rattles. This truck had the only one that didn't rattle and still doesn't. That's the kind of owner I am. I have had three other daily drivers after I quit using this truck as a daily, but I kept the Avalanche because it was a great truck and I could use the bed for minor odd jobs around the house. I kept it at my office/warehouse but am losing the warehouse portion. I never really drive it anymore except for the aforementioned errands and road trips for work, as it is a comfortable cruiser on the highway. I put only a few thousand miles on it last year for a few road trips to Lubbock and Austin, so it is time to let it go.

I am dropping the starting bid to $9,500 with no reserve, so if there is a bid above that, the truck will sell. However, if I do not sell it in this auction, I will keep it. It's been a great truck and I'll just make room for it. So, if you want a great truck with tons of upscale options like remote start with auto heat/cool including seats depending on interior temp of truck (even my special ordered 2020 Mercedes GLE450 doesn't do that) that has been highly maintained and is in super nice mechanical and aesthetic condition, go for it now. I will not relist nor sell it for a lower price. It's a lot of truck for the money. Although KBB shows private party sale as high as $10,546, if you need a loan, banks and credit unions go by NADA values, which for this truck ranges between $12,500 for clean trade-in value and $15,750 for clean retail. Look at ebay and autotrader and you'll find that, for the maintenance, condition, ownership history and trim level (LTZ), my truck at the minimum bid of $9500 is about the best deal out there if you're looking for one of these.
I It is sold by me an an individual and is sold as-is, where-is, with no warranty expressed or implied. Also, as an individual, I WILL NOT FINANCE. Bidders are welcome to check it out in person ahead of time, but once bidding ends, it goes to the highest bidder. I will not stop auction early. I will help if winning bidder wants to transport it, but the cost is paid for solely by the winning bidder. PLEASE, SERIOUS BIDDERS ONLY PLEASE. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE FUNDS AVAILABLE AND YOUR SIGNIFICANT OTHER IS OKAY WITH PURCHASING THE VEHICLE BEFORE YOU BID. Sorry I had to say that but I want a smooth transaction for both of us.
I have clear title with no loans or liens. Wire transfer is preferable, and any checks will need to clear my bank first before exchange of title or possession of vehicle. Details should be discussed via telephone with winning bidder. Again, the truck will NOT leave my possession without clearance of funds.
Please ask any questions prior to bidding.
