1957 Chevrolet 4 Door Sedan

Genuine reason for sale - have a number of LHD American cars and looking to get back into a classic Holden or Ford RHD - preferably a wagon - or Sedan - V8 preffered but not essential. Am open to offers / suggestions so let me know what you have an we'll see how we go - looking to downsize the collection and will consider all reasonable offers? One of our cars has to go and unfortunately it's the 57. 1957 Chev 4 Door Belair Sedan purchased from a wholesaler in QLD. Is a great cruising car - drives really well - motor is an older rebuild and drives beautifully - newly rebuilt trans and all the brakes have been overhauled. Since purchasing we've had the whole lower half of the car professionally re-painted, it had rust spots starting in the rear doors so they have been repaired - paint was starting to lift in a couple of areas so we had the whole thing tidied up. New or refurbished side stainless - new badges - bumper bullets and brand new carpet to go into it. Lots of work done to the car mechanically and I have other bits to go with it. Just waiting on new clips to put the last of the side stainless back on after being redone. Full lower half respray - paint in VG condition Has a black roof (car came this way) could be resprayed but fine as it is 283 V8 Carby professionally refurbished with all surfaces machined. Fully rebuilt Turbo 350 conversion with the correct shift indicator and professional cross member Rebuilt front end New exhaust tail pipes Newly refurbished stainless New badges and emblems all round New rear parcel shelf New boot mat New front screen New wiper arms New lenses all round New H4 headlight conversion 17 Inch Riddler Mag with almost brand new tyres. Car is incredibly dry underneath with no rust issues whatsoever in the floor, sills or frame. Is in good driver condition - would be a very easy full resto if you wanted a flash car. The chrome bars would need redoing but I think it's perfect the way it is - get in and drive in any weather / anywhere. I've used this as a daily driver plenty of times with no issues. Up and down the highway no problems - Is currently on club reg which isn't transferrable as you know - may come with RWC depending on the sale price / deal but really looking for an easy swap / trade for an Ausie classic.
