1957 Chevy Belair restored
83000 original miles on 3rd owner
All doors and windows have new weatherstrips including trunk
Restored in 2012
Was originally equipped with a 283 V-8
Now has a rebuilt .030 overbore with Keith Black pistons, 350 4 bolt main from 1976 C20
Holley 600 4bbl with aluminum intake
Dual exhaust installed
Transmission is the original 2 speed cast iron powerglide rebuilt
Rear end gear set is new
Air conditioning was added
The original color of Colonial Cream / Ivory has 7 coats of clear wet sanded 2000 grit and buffed and looks amazing
New three row aluminum radiator was just installed as well as fuel pump, water pump, and clutch 6 blade fan
Rack and pinion power steering was installed
Power drum brakes are equipped
Interior was just installed new
Accessory oil pressure and water temp gauges installed
The fuel gauge is intermittent and I will try to fix it before sale
This car is not new, and was garaged most of it's life. This car does have some patina to it that I thought looks appropriate for the year model. I will answer questions to the best of my ability.
