Description
Selling my 1955 Chevrolet. I purchased it in 2003 from the San Diego family that bought it new in 1955. I am the second owner and I’m a girl. The car was completely stock unrestored in 2003 when I purchase it.
It has a well preserved original body that required no replacement body panels and required little body prep for paint. I had the car restored/modified between 2005-2008. I showed it just one time at the Dallas Texas Goodguys Event, where it received a Maguiar’s Magnificent Masterpiece Award. The car is located near Asheville NC.
Features:
Crate LS1, Fuel Injection, 4L60E
Art Morrison Tri-5 chassis, 4 Bar Rear, Coilovers
Strange 9” Third Member
Wildwood Four Wheel Disc Brakes
Boyd Genesis Billet Wheels, 17x8, 18x10
Sanderson Headers, Flowmaster 40 Series Delta Flow
Custom mandrel bent HPC Coated Exhaust
Paint- PPG Corvette Silver and Vintage White
Danchuk trim
Wise Guy Bucket Seats, Custom Console
Classic Instruments, Vintage Air, Specialty Power Windows
Sound- Alpine, MTX
Built in California. Chassis and suspension done by Boyd Coddington, paint and assembly done by Cypress Rod and Custom. Interior by Gabe’s Custom Interiors.
If you are serious about this car, please me call for more detail including pre-build and build photos. I have all records for the car. I hold a NC title for the car. Phone Trish Willis at 1-832-784-4508. Additionally, I encourage serious inquiries to include seeing the car in person. I am located 15 minutes south of downtown Asheville. Ten minutes from AVL airport, 55 minutes from GSP airport.
Price established based upon similiar tri-fives determined via Barrett Jackson auction sales prices.
