1957 Chevy Bel air 2 door hard top

1957 Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210 Be air. Condition is "Used". This is a 1957 Chevy Bel-air two-door hardtop project car. The 57 was in the family for over 40 years.I bought this car with the hope of restoring it.It is to much for me , next month I will be 80. way to much for me. This is an original v8 south Georgia car. The car was purchased new in Savannah Georgia and has spent its entire life in Georgia. The car has been sitting for over 25 years after it got a leak in the gas tank. The motor will turn and is free. I believe the motor to be a 327. I can not get to the numbers on the back of the engine. It was a standard shift car. It now has an automatic (power glide) in it with a shifter on the column. It looks like the motor is getting no spark to crank and needs points for the distributor. The car does have your normal rust in the body.( please see the pictures).I have done a lot of sanding but still needs more. The floors are in good shape and are original.. Looking under the car all the body mounts look very solid except for one under the back of the driver side door it has rust. The long cross member that runs from one side of the car to the other looks solid also. and the floors look okay from underneath.The rocker inner and outer are in good shape. Just put a new master cylinder in but the breaks have not been bled or adjusted. The driveshaft, E-brake cables, strait exhaust are all under the car. Does need mufflers and tail pipes. The trunk looks solid, but there is a small amount of rust where the spare tire goes. Has been repaired. The doors open and close like they should, the trunk opens and closes as it should. The car has all its glass and no cracks in the glass. The windows roll up and down as they should. The car is solid around the glass and the drip rails. The car has all its chrome trim, bumpers, taillights, headlights. I was told The car was rebuilt in the late 70"s The interior fits and looks great in the car. No rips or tears. I have new weatherstripping, for the doors and trunk lid. This is a 64-year-old car but for the age, I say it's a solid car and would be a great project or a very cool rat rod /patina build. There are a lot of new parts installed, grill',headlight bezels,Hood and trunk Vees, Battery, complete hood rockets ,New tires and spinner hubcaps, You should look at the car. The car is being sold as-is with no warranty and the buyer is responsible for shipping. I will help with loading the car. I will accept wire transfers or cash in person.
