Vehicle Original VIN : VB57J198848
Gateway Classic Cars of Louisville is proud to present this 1957 Chevrolet 210! Let's cut to the chase, this is not your typical grandfather's tri-five Chevy. It's so much better, faster, and stronger! Should be part of a song lyricwink. [ omitted ]. The two-tone Dupont charcoal metallic gray and silver paint looks fantastic. The lift gives this ride a sick stance, almost like a gasser, but she is no gasser. With this Tri Five you have the best of both worlds, street & strip. You can drive it to the local drag strip and handle your business and drive it right back home. The build of this car is extensive, let's get into it.
Once you release the 1-piece front end and lift it up you'll see something that'll make you smile even when she is just sitting at idle. An all-aluminum Motown 427ci V8 with you ready to churn the power down through a 5-speed GM Tremec TKO 600 transmission! Not a bad way to spend close to $15k just for the powertrain. The engine on a stand was put on the dyno and put out max 525hp @6k rpm and 514 ftlbs of torque @5k rpm. Individually for the Tremec was ordered with 2.87, 1.89, 1.28, 1.00, 0.64, respectively with .26 Spline Input and .31 Spline output. She's also sporting a Dana 60 posi rear end with 4.88 gear ratio. Quick highlight reel: 850 CFM Double Pump Carb, Hydraulic Thumpr Roller Comp Cam, GM Holeshot Converter, Spicer Driveshaft, Super Comp Hooker Headers, New Chrome & Glass, along with work done to suspension and brake components and so much more. Receipts for the motor all the way down to plugs and clips.
Current owner has had her for nearly 15 years and is the one that put this beauty together! The title is clean and clear and ready to be transferred into your name! Whether you are greenlighting or stagging to tree your opponent off the line and do it with serious style; you need not look any further, this bad to the bone Chevy is for you! Options on this 1957 Chevrolet 210 include AM/FM Cassette Radio, Power Seats, Seatbelts, Vinyl Interior, and Radial Tires on rear. [ omitted ]. [ omitted ]. [ omitted ].
