Description

Classic Car Addict is excited to present this 1957 Chevrolet 210 or Two-Ten for sale in our Mesa, AZ showroom. The 210 is a midrange car from Chevrolet that was marketed from 1953-1957. It took its name by shortening the production series number 2100 by one digit to capitalize on the 1950’s trend toward numerical auto names. The 210 was discontinued after the 1957 model year to be replaced by the Biscayne. This 57 Chevy has been painted in Cobalt Blue; it's a high-profile car no matter what color you paint it. Good straight bodywork is mandatory on a car of this caliber, so spending the extra time and money to get it right has paid off here. All the standard Bel Air glitz is there, including the anodized quarter panel trim, polished stainless strips along the tops of the fins. Further bling includes twin hood-mounted 'rockets' up front, giving it a pure 1950's look that everyone loves. The interior is all about giving you vintage style with the right well-integrated upgrades. You have two rows of wide bench seats that continue in a similar blue and gray two-tone theme. The door panels, headliner, carpeting, and dash all coordinate with this two-tone theme and have a fresh look of quality. The focal point of the interior is the Bel Air's dash. It has the clean look and bright trim we all love, but as you look a little deeper, you'll also spot well-integrated upgrades. This includes Dakota digital gauges and an upgraded Chevy AM/FM radio with CD player. It feels like a great driver's set up with the right extras, like the Grant GT steering wheel mounted on a tilt column. And your right hand is instantly attracted to the floor shifter. Residing under the hood in this gleaming engine bay is a 4L60E four speed 5.7L V8; hitting the highway has never been easier! It features a fuel injected carburetor and dual exhaust for a bit more horsepower. There are some tasteful deviations from stock though, this Bel Air comes stacked with power steering and power front disc brakes as well. The 700R4 automatic transmission makes this an easy car to drive, and it, too, has been completely attended to and works very smoothly. The underside is not overly detailed but plenty solid with no signs of worry. This ’57 sits on Cooper Cobra Radial G/T tires (P235/60R15 front and P235/70R15 rear) with Cragar chrome rims. Smartly restored and incredibly well finished, this is the '57 you've been hoping to find, combining all the things that make '57 Chevys so popular, with impressive presentation.
