Description
1956 Chevrolet Belair 2 door Sedan. It is a fresh build with only 41 miles since
completed a frame off rotisserie restoration.
I started with a very solid California car. I had the body and panels media blasted and epoxy
primed before starting on the body work.
The body was painted Electronic green with bong water green metal flaked roof. The car was painted in base clear and buffed and polished professionally to a mirror finish.
The complete chassis was powder coated gloss black. Tubular upper and lower control arms were added, a tubular transmission cross member and Cal trac’s traction bars.
The engine is a fresh 327 with lots of head work and performance upgrades. It is topped off with a 4 deuce intake and Corvette exhaust manifolds and a Power Master alternator. Engine sounds wicked… The 327 is backed by a Muncie M 21 4 speed, Hurst shifter.
The interior uses the factory seats and is completed in fresh white tuck and roll with hidden stitches. The Ididit steering column is finished with a original 1959 Chevrolet Impala steering wheel.
All the chrome of the car is new American made show quality. The stainless is original to the car and buffed to perfection. The wheels and tires are also new. The wheels are Wheels Vintique series 64 with bullet center caps.
