Description

I have my 1956 chevy Belair up for sale. It is not a show car but all it needs is a good paint job. It came from factory Onyx black, and it is still black now with black/white
interior. It has a very strong running 400 sbc with headers, high rise intake, trick flow alum heads, solid lift cam, roller rockers, edelbrock air cleaner & valve covers. Car has
power front disc brakes, vintage air /heat, dual exhaust out to back of car, Muncie four speed with hurst competition shift (B&M) t-type shift knob. It has a Bcool radiator with
thermostat controlled electric fan and the manual belt driven fan, I took car to crusin the coast last year and ran A/C with no overheating problems. The rear axle is a posi track
with brand new 3.08 gears and bearings, drum brakes on rear axle. Car does not have power steering but I have the gear box, pivot arm, and steering pump. Just need hoses and
pulleys to convert if you want too, I personally like the manual steering on the car now. All the glass is good , no cracks. All chrome is good, just small place on front bumper
needs rechromed to be perfect. The car gets thumbs up every time I take it for a drive and have won several trophys and plaques at local car shows. The paint looks real good
until you get about 2 or 3 feet from car and can see the lacquer paint has started to spiderweb under the clear coat on top of the fenders. You have to get real close to see it.
Car has 14" tires on front and 15" tires on back with less than 1000 miles on them. I have a set of fender skirts that won't fit with the 15" tires. The car is very solid and I haven't
found any rust or where panels have been replaced. I looked under the back seat and under trunk mat and it looks real good. I have more pictures if you are serious and need me to
email them to you. Car is sold as is with no warranty. Car is also for sale locally.
