1957 Chevrolet Belair 2 Door Hardtop 283/270 Horse Original born with 283 w2x4s 270 horse engine. All the rare pieces unique to the 270 horse engines still with the car. Original motor code F321EB F - Flint engine plant 3 - March 21 - 21st day EB - 2x4 barrel 270 horse Heads are correct rare single tower (2x4 only head) casting #3740997 Drivers side head B187 Passenger side head B157 Deep groove water pump and crank pulleys Low profile generator bracket to clear the oil pods on the batwing aircleaner. 3/8" fuel line from gas tank to fuel pump still in place. Original fuel line from carb to fuel pump still with the car. Distributor #1110891 dual point w/correct figure 8 coil bracket. Aluminum 2x4 intake casting number #3739653 Original 2x4 batwing air cleaner (not a repo). In excellant condition Original carbs rebuilt in 1980 but never reinstalled. Car has been parked since 1976 when last registered. Owner history 1st. owner - 1957 to 1985 2nd owner - 1985 to May 2015 3rd owner - May 2015 to present. All the trim is with the car except the rear bumper. Car has rust but not a rot box. Original stick shift car with original trans.
