Description
I am selling this car on behalf of my brother, the owner, who also happens to be my next door neighbor. As such, I am quite familiar with the car, the car's history over the past 10 years and can answer any questions you may have by email or phone.
This wagon is being offered as an original, never restored driver. The car has been a British Columbia registered car since new, and owned by my brother for the past 10 years, summer driven only. The car features a 283/4 bbl (quadrajet) with no modifications beyond an electronic ignition. Transmission is 3 speed standard with overdrive, all functioning well. Other upgrades include a front power disc brake kit (CCP kit) with 2" drop spindle, newer 15" rims and tires, and dual exhaust.
Body condition has been shown as good as possible in the pictures. There are numerous smaller dents, some touch-ups, abit of surface rust (no rust through on body, a little bit on floorpan)but the paint and body is all original and perfectly useable as an unrestored summer driver. Glass is all good and all lights/gauges work. An underdash 3 gauges set has been added.
Items not working are the horn (horn works but needs a new steering wheel spring kit), windshield wiper auto return, and rear window crank lock barrel is missing (window still rolls up/down)
The interior of the car as well has never been repaired or restored, and the front seat blanket usually on has been removed to show present damage. Rear seat is fine, as is the headliner. The dashboard has a few cracks in it and a plate has been place over the radio insert that has been cut previously to accommodate various decks. Front and rear seatbelts.
This wagon has been a great summer family hauler for many years! If you require any more info please message me your # or address and I'll be glad to answer any of your questions.
