The paint makes a great first impression – after all MIDNIGHT BLACK is atimeless color! But there's SO much more!. It has an awesome bright luster froma professional re-spray later in life. This Truck has been totally reformed.This extra shine goes great with features like the new chrome bumper and customstainless grille. Plus, this one looks terrifically sporty with upgrades likethe large NEW 22-inch custom RIDLER wheels with the ULTRA LOW PROFILE Tires,COOL LOW stance with ALL NEW SUSPENSION components, awesome custom wooden bed,DUAL fuel saddle bag tanks with a new cockpit switch and solenoid that workgreat, and the custom rear roll pan. It has a very nice black tonneau cover tokeep this custom nice Oak bed looking good.
If you liked the black look of the exterior, then you're going to love theinterior, too. This is a terrific excellent shape custom setup with the classicbench seat and nice diamond pattern for added distinction. There is a very niceNEW AM/FM/CD stereo with connections foryour iPod and Bluetooth. In fact, this modern stereo is hooked to a full modernspeaker system, including the two 10 inch subwoofer speakers that's set in acustom box behind the seat. Even with these custom features, you still get thesame factory dash that curves around the driver. ALL of the gauges in this BadTruck work as they should (had a LOT of electrical work done). The CARPET isNEW and a nice JET BLACK color. We installed 3 PT shoulder seat belts, theother lap belts can be taken if wanted.
Under the hood is the trusty small block V8 we all love to see. This one is ahigh performance stroker 383 cu in monster that sounds awesome! Has the 4L60 as the transmission. But as you look closer, you'll also see terrific upgradeslike the Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor, performance intake, chrome headersthat go into a nice 4 inch collector andA NICE CLEAN and open engine compartment. Plus, the headers feed a dual exhaustto create plenty of power and plenty of rumble.. Plus, there's power steering,a thick front sway bar, power brakes with BRAND NEW 4wheel disc brakes allaround. Flair, comfort, and substance all come together to create a greatcustom classic.

For the NOT Perfect items on this classic(realize this is a 47 year old truck!)
- The Passenger door doesnot seat perfectly correct (see photo). I think it just needs a body man toreset the hinges
- The rear differential issolid (in otherwords, there is no free-wheeling differental when you go arounda sharp corner. It is not a problem for normal roads, but when parking into tightspots, the rear wheel will hop due to the locked differential
- There is a scratch/gougeon the passenger rear fender from “garage rash” when I parked it once (seepicture).
- There is a very slight“orange-peel” on the front surface of the hood (vertical portion)
- If you slam the driverside door shut with the window fully down, it will “de-track”. I have tried tofix this, but I have been resigned to closing the door with the window up.
- I had the electrics “gonethrough” before at a pretty good expense, but the low beams are not working.Could be a loose wire or ground somewhere.
- Power steering does somesquealing (in idle, if turning). I believe it is just that the idle is so lopeyand lazy, the pump is not producing enough power. Not a problem, just know thatit can squeal
- Power steering box dripsslightly when parked
- Transmission pan dripsslightly
- There is no emergencybrake hooked up
