1972 Chevy C10 pickup truck, Manual Trans, 350, 4-B Carb, Not Original Bed

1972 Chevrolet C-10.
4 Speed Manual Transmission (First is Granny-Low).
Crated 350 Small Block Engine has under 100,000 miles (truck has UNKNOWN miles).
The stepside bed is a late 80's or early 90's bed, not original.
Gas tank directly behind seat (not moved to behind cab as some people do).
Electric fuel pump (chatterbox type).
Good things:
Frame in great condition.
New radiator (about a year old).
Heater core/blower motor only about 4 years old.
Carburetor only about 4 years old.
Only use synthetic oil.
Engine was fully rebuilt about a year ago.
90% of the time the engine only sees non-ethanol gas.
Good tread on tires.
Some Issues:
Rear differential leaks fluid; it needs to be replaced ideally.
Slight engine oil leak but doesn’t burn oil.
Radio giving some “miswiring” fault half the time and doesn’t work when this happens.
Rusty rocker panels and doors.
Driver side rear corner cosmetic damage.
Driver side belt latch crushed in door.
Gas pedal pad missing.
No side view mirrors.
Turn signals have a electrical issue.
Horn doesn't work currently.
Fuel level gauge needs replaced (tank is empty when showing about 1/4 full).
Needs paint job.
