Seller’s Description:1967 Chevrolet Camaro RS / SS 396 4 SPEED,
30 Years ago I wanted a 1967 Camaro, not just any Camaro I wanted a BIG BLOCK 396 RS / SS 4 SPEED.
I still have the original ad from HEMMINGS MOTOR NEWS listing. In the ad description was 1967 RS/ SS 396 4 speed L-35 MX engine ,M-21 4 speed trans , 12 bolt posi, power steering ,power brakes, Z-23 trim group ,buckets ,console and gauges. A documented California car that still has its Original California Black plates. The car was Featured MUSCLECAR REVIEW in a two page spread ,also featured in SUPER CHEVY MAGAZINE and chosen out of a thousand plus for June 1999 Calender. We have the original magazine features , the calendar and a mountain of Documents, Trophies and Awards.
Built in VAN NUYS PLANT California it spent the first 21 years in southern California. After a 2 year restoration in 1998-1999 and magazine features it was sold with 49,000 mile and has just turned 60,000.
Upon arrival to Canada in 1990 it was taken completely apart and received a Number #1 status KK paint finish and restoration. This Numbers matching car was completely disassembled verified and put back together again. We have all documentation,bills and receipts back to California. This multiple show winner is ready for your ultimate collection. Kept in a climate controlled and heated garage you will not be disappointed.
