1970 Chevrolet Camaro R/S

1970 Camaro R/S, Super Nice Black Paint, Very straight, No waves,bubbling or rust anywhere. 396 is what I was told, but can’t see numbers to verify. Regardless it a big block that was rebuilt by previous owner about a year ago. Muncie 4-speed with Hurst shifter, 12-bolt with posi, new interior, new wheels and tires, the paint is a 9 or 9.5. All pans are good, Runs 50lb oil pressure cold and about 35lb when warm. Tach works, but other dash cluster gauges do not work. I believe it needs new circuit board due to age ($135). Hard to find one this clean and straight
