Classic Car Addict would like to present this 2002 Camaro Z28 with 27,837 original miles in our Mesa, AZ showroom.. This is the 35th anniversary of the Camaro’s and it was the final year for the fourth-gen cars. EXTERIOR Starting with the exterior, restoring the body with a respray in the correct Monterey Maroon Metallic paint, the finish appears in exceptionally good condition with bright shine and luster. Less than 5% of total production received this deep red hue. No rust throughout. INTERIOR Like the exterior, this Z28’s carpets, door panels, and dash are immaculate. The supportive bucket seats are in excellent condition. The back seats appear to have never been sat in. This Camaro is loaded up with power windows, power locks, keyless entry/alarm, dual airbags, cruise control, power steering, power mirrors, tilt wheel, and cold AC. Additionally, just above the factory AM/FM/CD player is a 35th anniversary plaque to show off how awesome this Camaro is! All gauges and interior lights work normally. POWERTRAIN The engine bay shows off this numbers matching motor that just shines. This Z28 is a muscle machine because of the fuel-injected LS1 5.7 liter V8. And the power continues with the SLP air induction system. The engine starts, idles, runs, and sounds great. The four-speed automatic transmission is great for all types of driving whether it’s a Sunday cruise or you want performance. There are no reported issues or leaks with the drivetrain components. CHASSIS The suspension elements were updated for a more contemporary driving experience. Has a few Edelbrock upgrades like the sway bar, 3-link suspension. Also has an upgraded tunnel mounted torque arm to help eliminate unwanted suspension flex, adding strength and rigidity. Also improves weight transfer on acceleration. Four-wheel power disc brakes and anti-lock brakes make this classic a true performer. The car rolls on sticky Nitto extreme sport tires. The tires are showing good tread depth all around. No issues with the handling or braking of this Z28. DOCUMENTATION/EXTRAS This vehicle will be sold on a clean Arizona title. The car is complete with owner’s manual.
