Selling my beautiful 1999 Camaro SS convertible. This car is practically in showroom condition with only 27,200 original miles on the odometer. All original down to the air filter and exhaust tips, never modified in any way. SLP Build #1106 shipped from SLP in NJ on 11/20/1998 to Ramp Chevrolet in Port Jefferson station, NY.
This particular SS is finished in beautiful Navy Blue Metallic paint with very rare Artic White interior and matching Artic White convertible top. 1 of only 69 convertible SS in Navy Blue Metallic for 1999. And 1 of 1 NBM with white interior and white top. Rest assured there is not another car like this on the road anywhere.
Absolutely immaculate inside and out, top to bottom. The navy blue metallic paint shines like the day it left the production facility and really changes colors depending on lighting conditions. You’ll be hard pressed to find any paint flaws, and even very minimal rock chips for 27k miles. The interior is extremely clean and has had seat covers on the front seats for most of its life. Very minimal wear on drivers bolster. No tears or stains oy anything like that. Original floor mats with no holes or major wear. Very clean factory interior, non smoker. The artic white top was recently replaced with a factory style and color high quality vinyl replacement and it looks absolutely stunning. The underside is just as clean as what you see on the top. Never driven in snow or salt, always garaged.
Mechanically the car is like new as well. Fires right up, runs and idles smooth as can be. No leaks, knocks, smoking etc. Every bit as smooth and reliable as you would expect a 27k mile car to be. The 325HP LS1 has plenty of power and the transmission shifts smooth and strong. All fluids are clean and ready to go. Tires are basically new continental extremecontacts. The car passed inspection this summer with no issues whatsoever. No check engine lights, warnings, or anything. All creature comforts work as they should including power windows, keyless entry, power convertible top, even the optional 12 disc CD changer in the trunk.
Overall this is one of the cleanest 4th Gen f-bodies you will find. Just a bone stock cruiser that has been well cared for its whole life, and it shows. Clean title in hand ready for a new owner. I am selling because I’m looking to build a 1st gen camaro, so unless you have one of those, probably not interested in trades.
