Description
This
Vortech supercharged car ran 9.56 @ 143 in the 1/4 mile with only a 50hp shot (9.84
without nitrous) and there's much more potential left!! The suspension works
great as the car cut a 1.35 60' on an average track and is begging for more
power. With the 83lb/hr injectors you should have no problem upping the nitrous
to 125-150hp which should net LOW 9 second 1/4 mile times at well over 145mph.
This car can be driven on the street and is actually a great sleeper. It appears like a stock Camaro with slicks bolted on and it's not extremely loud. The Spintech mufflers were specifically selected and purchased to keep the sound relatively low without limiting any performance.

I have receipts for over $40,000 worth of parts alone. That does not count the cost of the car, nor the hundreds of hours of installation/configuration labor. Just to list a few… these are some prices that were paid, NOT what I'm charging.
396ci Stroker Long Block - $11,000
Blower, Intercooler, Nitrous - $5,000
TH400 Conversion - $3,000
FAST ECU - $2,000
Fuel System - $2,500
Suspension - $3,000
Strange 12-Bolt - $2,500
Stereo - $2,500
Cage and Safety - $2,000
Gauges - $1,000
Wheels/Tires - $2,000
Ignition - $500
That's $37,000 and there are tons of "miscellaneous" items not listed (don't forget the car itself!)
This car is completely ready to drive/race with Performance and Reliability having been the main goals for this car. The interior is in great shape. The paint is original/average shape with a few cracks on the front bumper and one place where the paint cracked on the driver's fender. The car looks great from 10 feet away, but it is definitely not a show car since it has 20 year old paint. My original intent was to get it repainted, however I never got around to it. Mechanically the car is 100% complete so now would be a great time to add a fresh paint job.
No trades please, and serious buyers only as this car is the real deal! Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
Please note that this auction may be ended at any point in time, as the vehicle is being offered for sole through multiple venues
