BEAUTY AND A BEAST 1972 RS Camaro ZZ502
Resto-Mod
This is a true 1972 RS Camaro with the factory optioned iconic Rally Sport split bumper. There is over $80,000 invested in the car and it is a show stopper! The car is absolutely stunning and it will turn every head within 50 yards. With a 502 dynoed at just over 600hp/600 lb/ft torque and 3.00 gears….it is the perfect combination of tire shredding power and freeway cruising comfort. The big block is backed by an RV rated turbo 400 transmission and a Ford 9” rear end that was narrowed 3 inches to accommodate the larger deep dish wheels. The turbo 400 was completely gone through, all plastic was replaced with brass. The exterior is very straight with exceptional paint, the interior is custom/spotless and the engine bay is breathtaking. During restoration, the car was completely dynomatted as well as insulated with synthetic lead. Everything was replaced….nuts and bolts, bushings, rubbers, weatherstripping, glass, hoses and lines.this was a full ground up restoration.
