21 Jump Street Movie Car

This is 1 of 2 Camaros used in the movie 21 Jump Street. It is the number 2 car. This car was used in the seen with both Channing Tatum and Jonah Hill where they both jumped up over the hood and into the wind shield. This car was also seen in the CNBC show The Car Chasers. The car was sold by the host of the show Jeff Allen in season 1 episode 4 . It has a signed letter of authenticity from Jeff Allen verifying it was from the movie 21 Jump Street. A copy of the episode from the Car Chasers comes with the car. The car is an original 350 4 spd car with power steering, power front disc brakes, A/C. The car runs and drives great however the A/C needs to be gone through to work correctly. Since I purchased it I have done some up grades. It has a new Gas tank and fuel pickup. I installed new Hotchkis springs and Bilstein shocks. The springs lowered the car about 1 1/2 inchs and improved the handling. I installed a new complete Pypes exhaust system. I did these mods carefully so as to not take away from the cars movie appearance. The engine has a Edelbrock RPM intake a Holley Vac 750 carb and Pertronics electronic ignition. And some old headers that I do not know the manufacture. I also installed a new front sway bar and some other chassis parts from Custom Works, a Camaro specialist. The car runs on polished Year One 5 spoke 17 inch wheels and still has the same tires used in the movie. The tires are BFG G Force KDW TAs and still have lots of tread and look great. The cars condition is great for its age the interior is mostly stock and original with some small rips in the buckets. The speedo and tach work as does the gas and temp gauge. The amp gauge does not work. The radio is an after market Alpine cd player it works but some of the wire connections need to be fixed. The paint was done for the movie and is ok. Its not perfect or show quality but it looks good. There are no major dents or scratches in the paint. The car has been in a few local car shows and draws lots of attention. It was recently used in a professional photo shoot for a car calendar due out in 2016. This is a rare opportunity to purchase an original hit movie car that runs and drives great. The 21 Jump street cars were both 4 spd cars but the 22 movie cars were automatics made to look like 4spds. Theres nothing funner than cruising and shifting a 4 spd car and getting great compliments about the car. The car is for sale locally.
