Chevrolet Caprice Hardtop 2dr 1968

My big blue beast must go, this is a 1968 Caprice 2dr Hardtop, 3sp auto with the 396 (6.5) engine. It is sitting on Chev Rally 15x6f and 15x8.5r with 225f and 275r. The car has had a new carby installed and tuned, new alternator, front drums, shoes, cylinders and lines, needs rubbers around doors, boot rubbers are fine. It is a factory power steer car and the steering box is in good condition, has factory electric windows and is a factory A/C car although the compressor never came with the car when I purchased it and didn't see the need to fit one. Car runs and drives very well. Very cool cruiser and is big enough for everyone to fit in. She's not perfect and is definitely not a show stopper but has a fair bit of character and thats what is important with these cars. The look, the feel and the smile.
This car is listed elsewhere for sale and I reserve the right to remove the ad before end of auction. Pick is local only, I will not be transporting but I can assist with quotes if you require it. Open to inspection by appointment.
