1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS Matching #'s 4 Speed with Protecto Plate
The car includes the original protecto plate, Matching #'s 396/350 HP Motor, Matching #'s M-21 Muncie 4 speed transmission, and Matching #'s 331 Posi-Traction Rear end. The car underwent a frame off restoration that took 4 years to complete and was finished less than 2 years ago. The car was taken down to the original sheet metal, epoxy primered and repainted to the original Gobi Beige paint color. The rear quarter panels have both been replaced with full quarters as well as a one piece trunk pan. The frame has been blasted and painted and all brakes lines etc. have been replaced. All wiring has been upgraded and brand new BF Goodrich T/A Radial Tires. This car is a factory bench seat car with over the bench shifter. Car has the original cowl induction hood and factory tachometer. The mileage on the odometer of 66,381 is believed to be original miles. The car has less than 1,000 miles since the completion of the frame off restoration.
