1967 Chevy Chevelle Malibu SS Tribute w/ 396, pro-tour, yellow on black with 1700 miles since restoration
One of the nicest '67 Chevelle's out there at this price point.
Full frame-off restoration (done ~9 yrs ago), 4 wheel disc, UMI Stage III suspension with tubular arms. Freshly rebuilt (March 2018) Demon triple carbs (six shooter), mild to mid level cam, ceramic headers, MSD ignition, aluminum valve covers, show quality chrome engine dress up kit, 18" staggered wheel setup, reclining and sliding bucket seats, alpine deck with 2 way kick-panel speakers. Dash includes Auto Meter pro-comp gauges and custom stainless steel dashboard. New Vintage air conditioning system. Frame is powder coated black and car is spotless underneath. Chrome is in excellent condition and was fully restored.
The paint and bodywork is in excellent condition and is smooth and straight. Absolutely no signs of rust on this car and you can see everything underneath car vs. most cars that are just sprayed with rubber underbody coating.
Things that can be improved: addressing minor cracking behind roof drip rail (above door frame) and 1" long hairline crack in paint above either corner of the trunk. Tweaking of door alignment to get it perfectly flush with rest of body.
I bought the car in January '18 and had Sterling HotRods of Virginia thoroughly go thru the car and make all necessary tweaks to be sure this car is running like a beast and is very roadworthy. I am selling only to use the money for a new house.
There was no expense spared on this classic and it draws a crowd where ever it goes. This car is truly a standout classic.
