Description

Up for auction is a very clean, solid and perfect running 1966 Chevelle 2 dr. hardtop. The car originally came with a 283, and a 3 on the tree. All of that is gone now, and a 325 horse crate 350 motor was put in, as well as a rebuilt TH 350 with a mild shift kit. It still has the original 10 bolt rear end in it, with the stock xhaust with California turbo mufflers. It sounds great, not to loud, and not to quiet. Very little rust was found when I bought it a year and a half ago. The front floor pans had some pin holes in them, and so did the trunk. I replaced those, and it turned out nice, basically removing all doubt by putting in new metal. It was repainted from what I think was the original black to Intense Blue, using base clear paint inside and out. Here is a partial list of everything I have done to it since i have owned it. Lots of little stuff that would be obvious to replace but won't bother with those.
Rebuilt engine (350)
New edelbrock 1406 Carb
Rebuilt starter
Rebuilt alternator
New water pump
New fuel pump
Rebuilt turbo 350 tranny
New brake master cyl.
New brakes ( original drums front and rear)
New bumpers, grill, moldings, emblems, badges,
New headliner (Not installed-no help when I needed it of course)
New front seats and door panels
New carpet
New dash bezels
And as I stated before the list is to long to remember every thing. The tires are around 60%, they came off my old 71 nova as well as the wheels. The car still needs a few little things, like the side window seals and some other stuff but nothing major. This chevelle can easily be turned into an SS clone by installing a hood and the badging. I have enough matching paint to do a new hood to match. All you need then is a big block, or just enjoy it like it is. Please feel free to ask any questions you have, and I will answer as soon and as best I can. If you have less than 10 dealings on ebay, please contact me prior to bidding, or I will cancel your bid. I require an immediate $1000 deposit at close of auction,(PayPal) and the remainder within 3 days. Cash in person or money wire. Thank you.
