1969 Chevrolet Chevelle

For sale is my 1969 Chevy Chevelle big block. It has a 496 stroker with a Tremec TKO 5 speed transmission. It is not the original engine nor tranny. It is matte black with black interior. You will see that the paint has some scratches. This car is a driver, not a trailer queen. This body has no rust. Door locks and trunk lock need to be replaced and not all of the weather stripping is installed. No windshield wipers and no heater box in the dash. All gauges and electricals work. It was restored in the early 2000s by someone in New York and they did a fantastic job. The engine was built in 2013. It has 590hp with 590tq. She runs and drives great! Smooth ride and does great on the highway. Only selling because I recently changed jobs and bought a house that needs some renovations, so it has to go. Otherwise, I would be keeping it. I do not know if it is a true SS. In 1969, SS became an option and no longer a model so the 138 VIN no longer identified the SS after 1968. This is a very common misunderstanding by enthusiasts who do not do the proper research. A build sheet would confirm if it is or is not a true SS. Please don't bother messaging me with your input on whether or not it is a SS, Especially if you aren't buying it. Please don't bother low balling either. It's a great car and sounds absolutely nasty.
