1970 Chevrolet Chevelle Ss

First time ever I’m listing for sale My 1970 Chevelle SS-396 with the original Build sheet, I know the history of this car back to the early 80’s. She was Painted to burgundy from silver and the Black Vinyl top was removed in 1984, And It had 62,000 miles on it at that time, now 35 years later it has only 79,130 miles, She Was only driven on sunny days and stored in a Climate controlled garage. So this Paint is 35 years old now and still look very presentable, The car is solid, nice condition, very nice trunk, and very solid floors & frame. The Cars original color (code 14) Cortez Silver. The Original interior is (756) which is Black Bucket seats & Also (D-55) Console Car The car has the F-41 Suspension 12 bolt 4.10 Positraction (G-80) rear axle, The car is an original 4 speed car, (M20) 4 Speed Transmission. Boxed Control arms with the Sway bars. It has the (L-34) 396 with original heads. Date Period correct but not numbers Matching, It does not have it's original intake and carb. Two years ago I changed the carb to a new Holly 650 electric choke, Just perfect for easy cold morning starts and driving, The engine is very powerful and runs Great, It has good oil pressure and runs cool as shown in the picture, it drives beautiful, it handles great, Nice Power Steering and Power Brakes, shifts perfect & smooth. Last year I had the door and roof weatherstripping replaced, and I purchased a new battery when I took her out of storage this year, I only run non-ethonal gas so I have no issues with any performance problems, All the Gauges work, Gas Gauge works from empty to full like it should, Speedometer is original and work correctly, The original Dash cluster has never been out of the car, the AM/F/M Radio stopped playing a few years ago, All the lights work, Including the Glove box, Dash, Dome, and the Reverse light & side markers. All the original 14“ Rims/wheels are original to this car, Date coded correct, also the White lettered Goodyears are 30 years old, thats how much this car was driven in the last 30+ Years.
