1970 Chevelle SS Not matching numbers.
This 1970 Chevelle was frame off restored. It was painted with pearl red paint and pearl white stripes. The frame, front wheel wells, core support, air cleaner were high gloss powder coated. The steering and suspension were modernized for the ultimate driving experience. The factory brake system was completely rebuilt with stainless steel sleeved and powder coated master cylinder and calipers. All fasteners and components on this car are plated correctly, not painted. The interior is reupholstered in factory pearl white. The dashboard and gauges are new with a quartz clock. This car is a factory super sport documented with build sheet and protecto plate. From the factory it had cowl induction hood, Hood & Deck stripes, F41 suspension, Disc Brakes, buckets seats, and console. This Chevelle has been restored to give it a factory look with better finishes than the factory would of had.
Engine - 454 Dressed with a LS6 intake, carb, and deep grove pulleys
Transmission - Muncie M-22 with Hurst shifter and centerforce clutch
Rear Axle - Original 3.31 12 bolt positraction
Rear Suspension - QA1 Coilovers and control arms which are fully adjustable for ride, height, and Drive shaft angle. Factory F41 sway bar.
Front Suspension - QA1 springs and shocks. Hotchkis steering. Factory F41 sway bar.
Front wheels - 15X7 chrome SS rims with FR60-15 Firestone wide oval radials
Rear wheels - 15X8 chrome SS rims with FR60-15 Firestone wide oval radials
Radio - Looks original but offers todays technology. 180 watts, Bluetooth, ipod or MP3 player.
Factory rear speaker grills with Custom Autosound speakers.
