I am helping sell this absolutely-stunning, super-cool, very-desirable, original-survivor, 1969 Chevrolet Chevelle SS 396 V8, 2-door, hard-top to help settle the estate of a classic car collector. Since purchased new, this great-American-classic, muscle-car has always been garage-kept and very-well maintained. The owner decided to restore this beautiful car but, unfortunately, his health faded soon after completing his dream.
This vehicle has an absolutely-fabulous, straight-as-an-arrow, rust, ding and scratch-free body - professionally refinished in its original (code 67) Burgundy-maroon Metallic - just months ago. The entire (code 755) classic factory black bench seat interior looks and feels excellent. The rest of the inside is just as nice - from the dash, door panels and carpet to the headliner and trunk. The trim and chrome are also excellent.
The engine compartment looks great - with its original 396-cubic-inch engine, 400 turbo automatic transmission and 12-bolt posi-trac rear end. The undercarriage is just as impressive as the rest of the car and it is rolling on a new set of period-correct American Racing wheels. This car is absolutely gorgeous and draws a crowd of admirers wherever it goes. It starts, runs, drives, shifts, brakes, handles and sounds excellent.
