This is a very nice 65 Malibu SS, 138 VIN that has had a recent restoration, done in a very nice Regal Red base coat clear coat, sanded and wheeled smooth, new tinted windshield; all other glass is factory tint in very good condition, original window stainless in good condition, new weather stripping and window felts, new door handles, new emblems, new correct side view mirror, new hood spear, grill and headlight bezels look like new, new grill and hood moldings, new front bumper, new wheel well and rocker moldings, new deck lid moldings; as well as taillights and bezels, re-chromed rear bumper.
Factory Garnet Red bucket seat console interior, dash has been reconditioned, new instrument and glovebox bezels, factory gauge package, direct-fit retro stereo system - AM/FM with IPOD capability, front and rear speakers, original steering wheel in excellent condition, new headliner and sun visors, new sail panels and package tray, new front and rear door panels; as well as arm rest and bases, new front and rear seat covers; as well as foam, updated with front seat belts, new carpet and floor mats, original center console in very good condition, shifter has been reworked to work properly with the 3 speed automatic trans, new sill plates.
Under the hood the original 327 has been replaced with a mild built 350, Edelbrock cam, Edelbrock 4 barrel aluminum intake, Demon 4 barrel carb with electric choke, billet Chevrolet aluminum valve covers, chrome breather, nicely updated with electronic ignition, HiFlow aluminum water pump, chrome 80 amp alternator, chrome power steering pump; as well as chrome pulleys, heavy duty aluminum radiator with correct fan, also has a pair of auxiliary electric fans, billet recovery tank, power brakes, front suspension was been gone through at time of restoration, set of ceramic coated long tube headers into 2 1/2 inch dual Flowmaster exhaust out the back in stock location, this strong running 350 is backed up with a 350 turbo trans, 10 bolt limited slip rear end, new fuel tank and sending unit.
Rides on a set of Eagle Alloy Torque Thrust wheels 15x7 with Goodyear Radial tires 205/75/15 all around.
