1968 Chevrolet Chevelle

1968 Chevelle SS 396 Convertible. This car is a true SS 396 and only 2286 were made. This is a Canadian Car. It is currently located in Middleton, Nova Scotia.
It is an older restoration. History is unknown and it was a trade-in at a local dealership. I am listing this for a friend who has a used car business and has been selling cars locally for 25 years (but is not really an ebayer). This car has been driven daily all summer and does indeed run excellent. It shifts nice (automatic) and has no noises. This SS includes a power convertible roof in good working order. The top is new and includes a glass back window. It has new upholstery on the backseat, & front buckets seats. The interior is black. Brakes & exhaust are in good shape.
Although this is an original 396 car, it currently has a small block 350 in it now that runs perfect. It also has a new gas tank.
This car has a ton of potential. SS convertibles like this one that are totally restored go for $100K up. This one is a perfect platform to do a full-on restoration. It could use a new floor pan and trunk pan but otherwise the frame, etc. are in nice shape. The body is solid.
