1972 CHEVROLET K20 CHEYENNE 4X4!!!!
Up for auction is this extremely rare and hard to find 1972 Chevrolet Cheyenne 3/4ton 4wd. Most of these models of trucks were used for what they were meant to be used for and are so ruff there not worth saving. Well not this beautiful heavy duty classic 4x4!! This truck had a full restoration about 6yrs ago. It was used sparingly and always stored inside out of the elements. Were should I start? The motor is a very healthy 350 small block with a aggressive lumpy camshaft, quite gear drive,Edelbrock performer intake ,Holley 750 double pumper carb, MSD distributer, billet serpentine belt system, ceramic coated Headman headers with full aluminized 2 1/2inch exhaust with Flowmaster mufflers. The motor runs very strong! Holds great oil pressure, never overheats on hot days,no smoke and it sounds amazing!! I am in the process of trying to get a build sheet on the internal parts on the motor from the previous owner. The tranny is a built TH350 with shift kit and small rv stall converter as well as a deep aluminum pan. The rear end has been rebuilt. The truck has 4.11 gears,Rancho shocks, dual steering stabilizers, rear mount fuel tank, newer brakes and more. This truck runs and drives great! Plenty of power to get any job you want done in style!! Comes equipped with a tow hitch as well. The body is in amazing condition to say the least. Zero rust!!! The truck is very very straight. Nice gaps and body lines. The paint job is a base clear and the black turned out great. The white contrast makes this truck one of a kind. The paint is flat with no orange peel. Has a glass finish and shine!! Check out the pics!! There are only a few very small nicks in the paint from being driven. All of the trim and chrome is in excellent condition as well. The interior is very nice and well kept. All match painted to the outside of the truck and features late model G.M bucket seats with a buddy seat in the middle, new carpet, nice dash pad ,nice headliner, factory tach dash and tilt wheel. The truck does have a late model cd player and two 6x9's in the doors for tunes ! The truck has had all new factory style wiring, rebuilt heater system. All of the windows are tinted and has rear window slider. The bed has been rhino lined. Has what I believe to be a 4inch lift. Like new 35.12.5.16 BFG tires with Weld wheels. If you are in the market for a 71/72 K20 Cheyenne you might want to check this truck out!! I bring it to local car shows and the hardware store . The truck always gets a ton of attention and complements as well as the thumbs up from everyone!! I have been collecting and restoring 67thru72 trucks for over 20 years and this is one of the nicest trucks that I have ever came across. This is the type of truck that looks better in person then in the pictures. Something that exceeds your expectations instead of disappoints, which is all to common these days with built to flip vehicles. This one was built to keep and has been road tested and has passed everything that has been thrown at it. Now it is time for a new owner to enjoy this classic pick up truck!!!
Please contact me at 208-304-9288 for more info. I have a bunch more pics and video of the truck running.
