1962 Monza 900 Coupe. Here is a break down of the restoration that has been complete
Transmission,
Complete dis-assembly, cleaning, inspection with everything being with in specs no parts needed. Re-assembled with new seals and gaskets and Back up Switch.
Engine,
Converted to late model 110. 8409 Late Model Crank, New Crank Gear, New Federal Mogul Rod and Main Bearings, 64-69 Egge Custom Cast .030 Pistons, 64 Style Cylinders, Isky 270 Cam with New Gear, Elgin Deep Dimple Lifters, Dave Hebert Performance Heads 3 Angle Valve job, Port and Polish Intake and Exhaust Ports, Port and Polish intake log at Carb Flanges, Otto Push Rods, Clark's Roller Rockers and Rocker Arm Studs, Clark's Aluminum Valve Covers, Powder Coated 64 Magnesium Fan, New Clark's Harmonic Balancer, Wolf Enterprises 65 Carbs, Roger Parent Ball Bearing Throttle Shaft Kit, New Oil Pump Gears, Dual Bushing 64-110 Distributor with a Petronix 2 ignition, Seth Emerson 8mm Wires, Clarks Starter Relay, Engine Tins and Air Cleaners Powder Coated Satin Black with Body to Engine Seals. Paint
Car Was Repainted in Roman Red in 1993. There are touch up blemish's from normal driving. Paint Shows Good.
This car was originally purchased by a School Teacher in 1962 but sold the car only 2 months after because was not able to make the payments. The Second Owner received the car for her 16th Birthday. She kept the car for 47 Years driving it only 64,000 miles. The Car was affectionally call (Flicka) which translate to First Love in the 2 Owner Native Swedish Language. The car was Sold in August of 2008 to the 3rd Owner which drove it for approximately 2 years before starting a 6 year restoration process. I have enjoy the car for 3 to 4 years. The only reason I am selling to complete a purchase of a another Corvair.
