Description
Vehicle Original VIN : 105376L108535
Gateway Classic Cars of Atlanta is proud to offer this 1966 Chevrolet Corvair. In the dawning age of the high-horsepower muscle car era, the 1966 Chevrolet Corvair stood as an alternative to import cars like the Volkswagen Beetle with its rear-engine, rear-drive configuration. Powering this little thrill is the numbers matching 2.7L flat-six engine mated to the original 2-speed automatic powerglide transmission. The odometer is reading just over 91k miles, but the drivetrain was just rebuilt and this Corvair runs as good as it would have back in the 60's. This Corvair stands apart from the rest with a sleek white and black theme. The exterior is painted in a gloss white with painted to match bumpers and black racing stripes. The owner didn't stop at the stripes and added black accents throughout the whole exterior the includes the Corvair badging, around the headlights, side molding, trim around the windows, the mirrors, and even the door handles are blacked out. The interior is also black and flows nicely with the paint theme. The interior features sporty seats, Air conditioning, seat belts, and so much more! This car even has chrome exhaust coming out the back and chrome wheels wrapped in radial tires that add to the sporty look. [ omitted ]. [ omitted ]. [ omitted ].
