To see and hear this in action, copy and paste thelink at the end of this description. 1964 Corvair Monzabody fabricated on a 1989 Chevy S10 2WD frame. Garaged kept and drivenoccassionally until sold. Now frontengine V8 5 speed stick. Brand newGM Goodwrench 350 4 barrel justinstalled. Mounted to a newer 5 speedfrom a Chevy S10 Xtreme. Hydraulic clutch. New clutch pad installedabout a year ago. Runs more like a Corvette than a Corvair. Awesomebuild withantique plate. Blue velour inside. Front suspensioncompletely rebuilt.Blue metalflake paint. True dual 2.5 stainlessexhaust with cutouts. Quiet or loud at the push/pull of a switch.Fullgauges. Fuel gauge hooked up. Rest are digital aftermarket gauges in thecenter console. Original speedometer just for show. Aftermarket digitalspeedometer works in center console. All lights, horn, signals, wipers,everything works. Completely rewired by me with modern fusebox. 14 inchrims/tires on currently with trim rings welded to the 13 inch hubcapsto make it appear more stock. Build sheet included. Runs great. Minorrust spots starting on it, but very easy fixes. Any questions, pleaseask before buying or offering. Battery and gas tank in trunk. Fendertank door just for show, but not functional. Modified S10 tank aboverearend housing between rear seat and trunk. Paint job is good amateurbut not professional. Bodywork is minimal. Vents for front radiator arecut below the front emblem and behind the front bumper. Original radiostill in dash for show. Don't know if it works, never tried. Build sheetincluded.
