Rare, Award-Winning 1969 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible
427
This car is an award-winning, matching-numbers older restoration that is still top-notch today. Car has been featured in Vette Magazine, awarded NCRS Top Flight designation and a 1st Place at NCCC in Carlisle among others. Car was in good shape when restored. All panels etc appear original and undamaged/repaired. Was a daily driver for years with the original owner then he started to show it. Second and Third owners completed the restoration. I am the 4th owner for past 15 years.
This 427 boasts the best color combination, Monza Red on Black Leather, and the legendary 1969-only side exhaust. It is loaded with options which make it rare and a pleasure to drive.

The car is in great condition and I would invite you to personally inspect it. Mechanically the car was also restored. It had been shown with the tri-power 400hp set up, but the 4bbl is correct for the car and currently installed. A/C is cold and was converted to R134a. In past year I had the fuel tank replaced, carb rebuilt, and brakes redone among other things to have it running perfect. A MSD ignition is currently installed, but the original rotor is included. I have other Corvettes but over the past 5 years this one was my favorite to drive. I’ve tried to keep it as correct as possible to be judged at a later date. I am the 4th owner and have paperwork on this one back to the original owner.
