Description
1996 Grand sport Corvette #850 with "Red Interior" and 29K miles. This is 1 of 217 coups with Red Interior and it is (1 of 91) with the F45 suspension. No Accidents, Clean Car Fax. This car also has the Hypertech Programmer System and 160 degree theromstat installed; Program will be given to the new owner if you'd like to make adjustments. There have been no further modifications to this vehicle.
Things to Know:
* The air conditioning works great, however, the air doesn't circulate to the top vents, mostly from the floor vents (“bows cold”).
* The ABS light arbitrarily flashes on when driving; sometimes it doesn't come on at all. This started several years ago when the car battery died, after that the ABS started flashing on and off at limited times.
* There are a minor scratches in the paint on the car, please see photos. Other than these scratches the paint is in good condition.
* The interior; the driver seat does show some normal wear from getting in and out of the car (see photos) The passenger side seat is in great condition. not much wear.
* There is only (1) set of keys as that's all I was given when I bought the car.
* As far as previous owners, I believe the car was sold at one point from the Corvette Collection in Plainfield, IllinoisI believe this corvette dealer is no longer in business). I do have the original owners manual as well.
I've owed this car since 2007 and bought it from a dealer in Illinois. It’s been a great car and has won many car shows.
